What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of business analysts to drive high-quality outputs.
• Act as the primary interface between business units and IT teams to shape strategy.

• Manage project implementation and maintain strategic technical roadmaps.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry experts and executive-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Significant experience in the insurance industry, specifically within the London Market or Reinsurance.
• Proven track record in business analysis, including managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in translating business strategy into IT strategy and managing external vendors.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills at the executive level.
• Proficiency in various project delivery methodologies and agile environments.
