What you will do

• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and user stories for financial systems.
• Analyze and document current and desired states of Oracle EPM cloud and Oracle Fusion ERP environments.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications (FSD).
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical support teams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance for implemented solutions.
• Support validation and reconciliation of financial data, including balance sheets and income statements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, or legacy Hyperion tools.
• Accounting or financial reporting knowledge.
• Expert proficiency in Excel for data validation and reporting.
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
