Insight Manager (Business Analytics)

Location: Hybrid (Oxford, UK) - typically 1 day per week in the office

Salary: £45,500 – £53,836 gross per year

What you will do

• Lead a team of 5-7 Junior and Senior Analysts to deliver impactful insights for 14 clients.
• Generate strategic thought leadership and compelling stories to influence customer focus.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Oversee projects from conception to delivery, managing resources and timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer requirements into NIQ solutions.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services to meet client needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Insight/Analytics delivering action-oriented stories.
• 2+ years of experience in team management.
• Expertise in leading insight projects using EPOS and Consumer panel datasets.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior audiences.
• Deep knowledge of the FMCG industry, retail, and consumer trends.
• Proven ability to maintain positive relationships in complex situations.
