Licensed Civil Engineer - Site Design (Civil 3D)

What you will do

• Manage small- to medium-sized site development projects.
• Prepare planning, design, and project documentation for mixed-use, commercial, residential, industrial, sports, school, and other land development projects.
• Perform process design calculations, analyze reports, prepare cost estimates, and assess project feasibility.
• Coordinate design activities with internal engineering teams, technical staff, professional staff, clients, and project managers.
• Track project scope, schedules, budgets, project information, and client records.
• Visit job sites for observation, attend client meetings, and provide technical guidance to less experienced staff when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience with Civil 3D.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to take ownership of work and contribute positively to communities.
