Senior Civil Engineer (Civil Engineering)

Location: On-site in Charlotte, NC or Rock Hill, SC

Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of multidisciplinary public infrastructure projects.
• Develop and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technical staff.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for municipal and state clients.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and overall performance.
• Provide quality assurance and quality control oversight on design deliverables.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities and creating proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in municipal or public infrastructure design and project management.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing clients.
• Strong proficiency in AutoDesk Civil 3D, stormwater and utility design, and local standards.
