What you will do

• Manage, triage, and assign clinical pharmacy referrals to appropriate team members.
• Coordinate with pharmacies and insurance companies to resolve medication access barriers.
• Perform medication histories and maintain patient therapy records.
• Schedule patient/caregiver appointments for pharmacist-driven clinical programs.
• Monitor incoming medication renewal and prior authorization requests per internal protocols.

Requirements

• Current accredited pharmacy technician certification (such as PTCB).
• Registration with applicable state board(s) of pharmacy as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience in pediatrics, ambulatory clinics, or specialty pharmacy.
