What you will do

• Relay urgent and non-urgent medical results between radiologists, referring physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Serve as a key point of contact to resolve communication issues for patients, physicians, and technologists.
• Facilitate timely call transfers and direct communication between providers.
• Ensure critical findings and STAT reads are delivered according to guidelines while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred (Associate’s or equivalent healthcare experience minimum).
• Minimum of 2 years of radiology technology experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-verify)
