What you will do

• Relay urgent and non-urgent medical results between radiologists, referring physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving communication issues and supporting clinical staff.
• Facilitate timely call transfers and direct communication between referring physicians and radiologists.
• Ensure critical findings and STAT reads are delivered to appropriate professionals.
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance while managing reporting-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum of 2 years of radiology technology experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations.
• Proficiency with EMR and PACS platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities with a high sense of urgency.
