What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders through regular onsite and remote meetings.
• Drive product adoption and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio.
• Forecast and track renewals and key account metrics.
• Collaborate with Delivery Engineers, Sales, and Channel teams to execute engagement strategies.
• Gather and report customer feedback to influence product development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a global organization.
• Proven experience managing Forbes 500 accounts.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry is required.
• Must be able to work in Mountain and Pacific timezones.
• Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive and C-level stakeholders.
