What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers to build strong, trusted relationships.
- Perform customer case triage and track regional KPIs for prioritization.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary.
- Monitor usage, performance, and satisfaction metrics to drive retention and growth.
- Gather and share customer feedback to provide insights for product and service improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within systems.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or account management.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and Billing Platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a technical or SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of automotive industry-specific solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
