What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers to build strong, trusted relationships.
• Perform customer case triage and track regional KPIs for prioritization.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary.
• Monitor usage, performance, and satisfaction metrics to drive retention and growth.
• Gather and share customer feedback to provide insights for product and service improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within hirify.global systems.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or account management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and Billing Platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

• Experience working within a technical or SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of automotive industry-specific solutions.
