TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the USA (New Orleans, LA preferred).

Salary: $78,000–$102,000 (including commission).

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for a portfolio of high-value Global Strategic Accounts.
  • Monitor account health metrics and execute action plans to drive platform adoption and retention.
  • Provide training on self-service products to ensure users maximize the platform's potential.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to pitch new products and resolve client issues.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and horizontal expansion.
  • Travel regularly to visit major accounts to strengthen partnerships and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA with the ability to travel for client visits.
  • Relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or project delivery within SaaS or Market Research.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to C-level clients.
  • Strong quantitative data analysis skills and disciplined, self-motivated work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

  • Technical literacy of software and technology solutions.
  • Exposure to API integrations and customized applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Omni Analytics.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
