TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $165,000–$180,000 plus sales incentive plan

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers to build strong client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance cross-departmental collaboration and process efficiency.
  • Manage key performance indicators including customer pass rates, volume changes, and revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to create expansion plans and achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to present value delivered and align product capabilities with client needs.
  • Act as an internal client advocate and support implementation teams during the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer success or customer-facing roles.
  • hirify.globaln track record in scaling a customer success organization.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startups.
  • Strong understanding of fraud prevention, detection, and authentication techniques.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to articulate strategy and facilitate complex decision-making.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
