What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic partner and trusted point of contact for an assigned portfolio of customers.
- Lead strategic meetings, product training, and Executive Business Reviews to reinforce customer goals.
- Monitor customer health, adoption metrics, and performance trends to proactively address risks and identify growth opportunities.
- Translate platform usage and campaign data into meaningful insights that demonstrate ROI.
- Partner with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to advocate for customer needs and product enhancements.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer priorities, action items, and strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and performance metrics to tell compelling, data-driven stories.
- Experience managing a portfolio of customer relationships across the lifecycle.
- Willingness to travel periodically within the U.S. (approx. twice per year).
- Must be based in the U.S.
