What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner and trusted point of contact for an assigned portfolio of customers.
  • Lead strategic meetings, product training, and Executive Business Reviews to reinforce customer goals.
  • Monitor customer health, adoption metrics, and performance trends to proactively address risks and identify growth opportunities.
  • Translate platform usage and campaign data into meaningful insights that demonstrate ROI.
  • Partner with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to advocate for customer needs and product enhancements.
  • Maintain clear documentation of customer priorities, action items, and strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and performance metrics to tell compelling, data-driven stories.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of customer relationships across the lifecycle.
  • Willingness to travel periodically within the U.S. (approx. twice per year).
  • Must be based in the U.S.

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Background in regulated or data-driven industries like utilities or financial services.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
