Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $120,000–$180,400 USD (OTE, depending on location)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customer accounts throughout their lifecycle.
- Build trusted relationships with security leaders, practitioners, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop success plans aligned with customer business objectives and security priorities.
- Drive successful onboarding, implementation, and platform operationalization within security workflows.
- Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and health indicators to proactively mitigate churn risks.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management in B2B SaaS.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, or networking.
- Strong executive communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Demonstrated judgment in applying AI to improve efficiency and impact.
Nice to have
- Experience working with SOC, Threat Intelligence, or Vulnerability Management teams.
- Familiarity with attack surface management, asset discovery, or internet infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, or Jira.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or public sector customers.
