What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs supporting Large Enterprise, Verticals, and Strategic Accounts across AMER.
  • Drive high-quality pipeline generation via outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and account-based motions.
  • Establish operational rigor around activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline quality.
  • Partner with Account Directors and sales leadership on territory planning and account prioritization.
  • Define scalable SDR playbooks for outbound, inbound, ABM, and product-led motions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Strategy & Operations to optimize growth.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM roles.
  • Experience managing SDR or business development teams in enterprise SaaS or platform businesses.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise prospecting, pipeline generation, and outbound strategy.
  • Highly operational and data-driven approach to managing metrics and forecasting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco
