Salary: $125,000 – $230,000

What you will do

  • Partner with global leaders to shape hiring experiences and manage talent partnerships for New York and Washington hubs.
  • Personally manage and deliver critical high-priority hires across the US.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes via effective communication.
  • Implement AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance recruiting workflows and assessment capabilities.
  • Utilize pipeline data and market intelligence to drive data-driven hiring decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering critical US hires in fast-paced fintech, Web3, or SaaS organizations.
  • Experience acting as a strategic advisor to C-suite or VP-level revenue leaders.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency in Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern talent intelligence tools.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to use metrics to drive recruitment strategy.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a former people manager returning to an individual contributor role.
  • Experience hiring for hybrid roles in competitive global talent markets.
  • Ability to run and present talent intelligence campaigns for footprint planning.
