What you will do
- Own scheduling and coordination across all active hiring pipelines to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Execute consistent weekly outbound sourcing campaigns for both technical and commercial roles.
- Build and deploy automations and tooling improvements using AI (Claude), Zapier, and Ashby to reduce manual overhead.
- Develop reusable sourcing playbooks and prototype systems like sourcing agents or market intelligence feeds.
- Manage top-of-funnel strategy, including channel selection and reporting pipeline health to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1β4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting coordination with a focus on pipeline generation.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the NYC, SF, or Denver offices (Hybrid).
- Proven experience automating part of a sourcing or coordination process using AI tools.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive talent in highly competitive markets.
- Technical literacy sufficient to communicate credibly with engineers about their work.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and modern platforms such as Juicebox, Metaview, Wrangle, or Gem.

- Experience sourcing for fintech or GTM/commercial roles.
