TL;DR
Talent Sourcer (Web3): Identifying and attracting exceptional talent across Business & Enablement functions with an accent on talent mapping and market research for GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Legal. Focus on building high-quality candidate pipelines and leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to uncover non-obvious talent pools.
Location: Remote (Global). Candidates are asked to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Salary: $67K – $136K (Annual cash range for U.S. locations)

What you will do
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Conduct detailed market mapping and talent intelligence projects across GTM, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People functions.
- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through creative outreach and relationship-building.
- Utilize a wide range of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry communities, and AI-powered talent intelligence platforms.
- Gather and share market insights, competitive intelligence, and compensation trends to inform hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, executive search, or talent intelligence.
- Proven success sourcing for business and corporate functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, or Operations.
- Strong research and investigative skills to uncover niche and difficult-to-reach talent pools.
- Experience partnering with hiring teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Exceptional written communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing for technical or engineering roles.
- Exposure to Web3, crypto, fintech, or emerging technology companies.
- Experience with tools such as Juicebox, Gem, SeekOut, HireEZ, Ashby, or Metaview.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing workflows and prompt engineering for recruiting.
- Background in executive search or competitive talent research.
