What you will do

• Own full-cycle executive searches for Manager, Director, VP, and C-suite roles.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to define role scopes and ideal candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain a proprietary network of senior talent across engineering, product, business, and operations.
• Drive proactive market mapping and talent intelligence to inform hiring strategy.
• Run high-signal, structured interview processes tailored for senior candidates.
• Lead offer processes, including compensation benchmarking and closing strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a significant portion focused on executive and senior leadership searches.
• Proven track record of closing high-caliber candidates at the VP level and above.
• Deep professional network in at least one area: engineering, product, finance, or operations.
• High judgment and ability to assess leadership qualities effectively.
• Polished communication skills for engaging with founders and board members.
• Must be based in New York for on-site work.

• Familiarity with Ashby or modern ATS tools.
