Salary: $130K–150K base + uncapped commission

What you will do
- Own and close complex enterprise deals end-to-end within the corporate real estate sector.
- Build a self-generated pipeline and develop a replicable sales playbook for future growth.
- Design and iterate on sales methodologies and performance tracking on a weekly basis.
- Use domain fluency to demonstrate transformational ROI and develop customer case studies.
- Partner with Product, Solutions, and Engineering to translate industry needs into the product roadmap.
- Contribute to the development of pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of experience in commercial real estate, buy-side, brokerage, REIT/corporate, or RE consulting.
- Deep understanding of the manual workflows and processes the AI product is designed to replace.
- Established credibility and relationships with key buyers in the real estate industry.
- Strong hunger to master the craft of professional selling and proactive prospecting.
- Systems-thinking mindset with a drive to optimize broken processes.
- Must be able to work in-office 3x/week in midtown.
