TL;DR

Account Executive - Enterprise (Proptech): Driving net-new enterprise business for the WorkCafe tenant engagement and property management platform with an accent on full-cycle B2B SaaS sales and corporate occupier engagement. Focus on building a qualified pipeline, managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles, and positioning WorkCafe as a comprehensive replacement for fragmented property management systems.

Location: Must be based in the US (can be attached to any hirify.global office in the U.S.)

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 base + commission

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with US-based office owners and operators.
  • Strategically target hirify.global’s existing commercial customer base to integrate WorkCafe into their solution suite.
  • Coordinate multi-stakeholder sales cycles across Technology, Property Management, and Operations leadership.
  • Represent the product at industry conferences, executing pre-event outreach and on-site demos.
  • Develop territory and account plans focused on target industries and core US markets.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and BDR teams to refine messaging and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or marketplace sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Proven ability to close enterprise deals with multiple decision-makers.
  • Experience selling to buyers in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel for prospect meetings, conferences, and team events.

Nice to have

  • Experience in commercial real estate technology (Proptech).
  • Existing relationships with commercial real estate owners and operators.
  • Experience taking a product from 0-1 within a larger enterprise platform.
