TL;DR

System Administrator I (IT Support): Providing internal IT support and managing user accounts and applications with an accent on service desk operations and system administration. Focus on resolving technical issues via Jira and Slack, managing Active Directory and Google Suite, and maintaining system documentation.

Location: On-site in Taguig, Philippines

What you will do

  • Act as a single point of contact for internal IT customers, assisting with issues, requests, and account creation.
  • Receive and respond to incoming IT support requests via Jira, email, and Slack.
  • Coordinate with other departments and participate in cross-functional projects.
  • Document and maintain system administration procedures and policies.
  • Work a weekday mid-shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight) and provide holiday coverage.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Taguig, Philippines (On-site)
  • Degree in Computer Science, vocational training in Computer sciences, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in System Administration and IT Tech Support.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, AzureAD, Google Suite, and Slack user management.
  • English: Good knowledge required

Nice to have

  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
  • Experience working in an International Agile Environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
