What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of macOS devices using Jamf Pro and lead OS/software patching.
• Administer and optimize Google Workspace, including security settings and integrations.
• Develop and implement automation workflows using Python, Bash, and integration platforms like Zapier.
• Proactively identify and deploy AI-powered tools to improve IT team efficiency.
• Manage IT tickets and escalations via Jira Service Management, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain hardware for employees in the Manila office.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in the Philippines (Manila/BGC).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• 6+ years of hands-on Jamf Pro experience and Apple ecosystem management.
• 8+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Experience with SaaS management, CIS compliance, and ticketing systems like Jira.
