TL;DR
Network Engineer (Fixed-Term) (Cisco): Maintaining and enhancing network infrastructure across the ATCB campus with an accent on Cisco platforms, network availability, security, and performance. Focus on implementing and troubleshooting switching, wireless, firewall, monitoring, and structured cabling solutions in a semiconductor environment.
Location: Cabuyao, Philippines; on-site support for the ATCB campus.

What you will do
- Maintain 24/7 availability of network services across the ATCB campus.
- Plan, implement, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network and computing infrastructure.
- Manage Cisco core and Nexus switches, PoE devices, wireless infrastructure, firewalls, and related network equipment.
- Monitor network performance, resolve connectivity issues, and implement optimization initiatives.
- Manage production changes, network assets, expansions, lifecycle renewals, and structured cabling projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, customers, and Network Architects on issue resolution and reliability improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of IT networking experience in a multinational or semiconductor environment.
- CCNA certification or higher and strong experience with Cisco networking platforms.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, IP addressing, DHCP, NTP, IP Multicast, ACLs, VLANs, trunking, and link aggregation.
- Experience with network monitoring, firewall solutions, troubleshooting, ServiceNow, and IT Service Management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- F5 Load Balancer administration experience.
- ITIL training or knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Experience with Observium, Wireshark, MRTG, SolarWinds, or similar monitoring tools.
