What you will do

• Optimize LogicMonitor configurations, including custom Data Sources, alert correlation, and device grouping.
• Maintain and enhance LogicMonitor–ServiceNow CMDB integration to ensure accurate alert routing and hygiene.
• Expand automation to reduce MTTR and build capacity dashboards for performance analytics.
• Correlate metrics, logs, and change events to produce audit-ready incident timelines and support root cause analysis.
• Lead the decommissioning of legacy monitoring tools in favor of standardized LogicMonitor adoption.
• Partner with ITIL leadership and business units to align monitoring strategy with industry best practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing LogicMonitor SaaS environments, including collector installation and device onboarding.
• Expert-level skills in custom alert lifecycle design, dashboard development, and LogicModule optimization.
• Experience integrating LogicMonitor with Splunk, ServiceNow, ThousandEyes, and Forward Networks.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, Powershell, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of network architectures, SNMP, HTTP, JSON, RegEx, and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of hybrid cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and ITIL frameworks.
