What you will do

  • Identify and engage SMB prospects across the Italian market through strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline by researching accounts and identifying buying signals.
  • Maintain high activity levels across phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video meetings.
  • Connect with HR and business stakeholders to generate meaningful sales conversations.
  • Utilize AI tools, events, and personal branding to innovate prospect engagement.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to execute opportunity validation plans.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Native Italian speaker with professional working proficiency in English.
  • Must be based in Italy.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Hubspot, Gong, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Tenacious, goal-driven, and coachable mindset.
