What you will do

• Act as the technical escalation point (Tier-3/SME) for the enterprise Collaboration ecosystem.
• Resolve major and complex incidents and drive root-cause analysis to implement durable fixes.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage Entra ID access controls, including users, groups, licenses, and RBAC.
• Oversee the administration of Zoom, Adobe Admin Console, and Apple Business Manager.
• Utilize PowerShell and scripting for operational tasks within an ITIL-aligned operational model.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 collaboration or platform administration/support.
• Experience in Level-2 operations, incident/request handling, and standard change execution.
• English: Professional working proficiency required.
• French (B2) OR Italian (B2) required.
• Proficiency in Entra ID administration and basic PowerShell scripting.
• ITIL Foundation mindset and strong security awareness.

Nice to have

• MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) certification.
• SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator) certification.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• MS-700 (Teams Administrator) certification.
