What you will do

• Design and improve Microsoft cloud services, focusing on Entra ID, Intune, M365, and Defender.
• Develop technical roadmaps for identity, endpoint, and collaboration security capabilities.
• Maintain secure identity and access management, including conditional access and MFA.
• Configure endpoint management via Intune, including device compliance and Windows Autopilot.
• Strengthen security posture through policy enforcement, threat protection, and continuous monitoring.
• Drive automation and standardization across Microsoft platform operations using PowerShell or Graph.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hungary, Malta, Poland, Spain, or Sweden.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Microsoft cloud services in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Entra ID, identity lifecycle, and privileged access controls.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security baselines.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Defender suite and M365 administration.
• Ability to translate security requirements into practical platform designs and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel or security operations integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Power Platform governance, or Azure security.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365 Administrator Expert, Cybersecurity Architect).
