What you will do

• Perform daily IT operations and application monitoring tasks.
• Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to improve efficiency.
• Execute scheduled and on-demand operations for customer applications.
• Provide limited incident management support.
• Participate in team meetings and focus on professional self-development.
• Work in shifts between 06:00 and 22:00 on weekdays.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong information retrieval and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to start an IT career.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or VBS.
• Previous experience in IT operations or programming.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas.
• Familiarity with Agile or other team collaboration methodologies.
