TL;DR

ServiceDesk Specialist (IT): Providing L1 technical support for studio employees with an accent on workstation maintenance, hardware diagnostics, and software deployment. Focus on ensuring system security, managing user access via Active Directory, and maintaining high service standards within defined SLAs.

Location: Must be based in Poland (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Provide L1 technical support to studio employees via the ticket system.
  • Diagnose, repair, and upgrade user workstations and notebooks.
  • Manage the PC setup process for new hires and software deployment.
  • Maintain endpoint security policies and handle security incidents.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service while meeting defined SLA targets.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as an IT system administrator or helpdesk specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
  • Experience with workstation setup, hardware repair, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
  • Basic knowledge of network administration and production software (Office, Art, Dev tools).
  • English: Pre-intermediate level required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise Antivirus, DLP, and Asset Management software.
  • Understanding of IT security principles.
  • Previous experience in an IT or Gamedev company.
