What you will do

• Design and maintain Windows Server environments ensuring scalability and security.
• Administer core services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for complex infrastructure incidents.
• Execute patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management for hybrid systems.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and IaC tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and capacity.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Silesian area and willing to commute to Katowice.
• Strong expertise in enterprise-scale Windows Server environments.
• Proven experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and hybrid infrastructure.
• Practical automation skills using PowerShell.
• English proficiency: B2 level required.
• Relevant certifications: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator, and ITIL 4 Foundation.
