What you will do

• Manage full device lifecycles across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android using Intune, SCCM, and Jamf.
• Handle the complete application lifecycle, including packaging, deployment, and updates.
• Oversee device security, compliance, and access control implementations.
• Support enterprise print environments, including driver and queue management.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line troubleshooting and diagnostics for complex endpoint issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and standardized configurations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Silesian area and willing to commute to the Katowice office.
• Experience with device management tools like Intune, SCCM, or Jamf.
• Knowledge of virtual desktop environments (AVD/VDI).
• Strong understanding of application packaging and deployment processes.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and provide advanced technical support.
• Structured approach to documentation and standardization.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications (MD-102, SC-900, MS-102).
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• Certified Application Packaging Specialist (CAPS) status.
