What you will do

• Define robotic concepts and automation cell architecture based on product and process requirements.
• Perform robotic cell simulation and feasibility analysis, including cycle time, reachability, and layout optimization.
• Program, configure, and optimize industrial and collaborative robots (ABB, KUKA, UR, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and debug robotic applications and automation cells.
• Drive automation projects from concept definition to production handover.
• Coordinate project phases with suppliers, including RFQ, Design Reviews, Factory Acceptance Test, and Site Acceptance Test.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Electronical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• At Least 3 years of experience in Robotics and industrial automation engineering preferably in high-tech industries.
• Experience Working with machine builders / system integrators including supplier coordination and system integration.
• Knowledge of automation auxiliary devices and their integration (sensors, vision system, drives...).
• Knowledge of industrial interfaces and systems (MES, SCADA, traceability, OPC-UA).
• Fluent in English; Italian/German proficiency is an advantage.
