Location: Hybrid working in the office hub and at home (split guided by the manager based on role and business needs).
Salary: £48,000–£60,000 + bonus & benefits
What you will do
- Partner with Finance, HR, Shared Services, and Legal to translate business needs into scalable solution designs and value creation.
- Co-build IT strategy and roadmaps with local, regional, and central teams, aligning solutions to functional strategies and operational KPIs.
- Own the solution delivery lifecycle: planning and roadmap execution, budget/timeline tracking, vendor design supervision, and ensuring FUT and SIT are executed.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across IT, Digital, and external vendors, including UAT execution support and risk/issue/dependency management.
- Monitor solution performance (stability, availability, incident trends) and ensure vendor performance against SLAs and contracts.
- Drive continuous improvement through optimization, simplification, standardisation, pilots/proof of concepts, and automation/data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end solution lifecycle (design → delivery → run) with delivery accountability.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, including SQL and advanced Excel, plus PowerBI experience.
- Knowledge of APIs & integration, ERP ecosystems (SAP, SuccessFactors), and cloud basics.
- Experience with solution testing concepts including UAT and SIT, and familiarity with defect lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence and challenge constructively, including vendor/service delivery management.
- Solid financial acumen (budgeting, ROI/value tracking, cost management) and experience supporting business cases.
