TL;DR

Salary: £55,000–£65,000 (UK) or €50,000–€60,000 (EU)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end GTM motion for new business acquisition and customer expansion programs.
  • Produce structured GTM briefs covering positioning, ICP, pricing, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate launch milestones and timelines across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales teams.
  • Analyze market opportunities, define segmentation, and lead pricing/packaging strategies.
  • Translate product capabilities into differentiated value propositions and campaign narratives.
  • Track program performance and commercial impact using pipeline data and win/loss signals.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or program management within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of orchestrating multi-function, multi-product programs without formal authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or Looker.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication and messaging skills.
  • Must be based in the UK, Spain, Italy, or France.
  • Proactive user of AI tools to accelerate research and content production.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with fashion, luxury, or beauty industry cycles.
  • Proficiency in French and/or Italian.
  • Exposure to TAM modeling, account segmentation, or whitespace analysis.
