TL;DR
Digital Product Manager (Fintech): Leading the strategy, roadmap, and development of innovative digital investment products with an accent on journey digitization, automation, and improving client experience. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, UK (Hybrid role).
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000

What you will do
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to digitize and automate manual processes to reduce client contact.
- Prioritize the product backlog using funnel analytics, market research, and client feedback.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor product performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
- Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager, ideally within financial services or fintech.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and design thinking principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Amplitude.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing products from conception through to retirement.
