Salary: £60,000 – £65,000

What you will do

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead initiatives to digitize and automate manual processes to reduce client contact.
• Prioritize the product backlog using funnel analytics, market research, and client feedback.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager, ideally within financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and design thinking principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Amplitude.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing products from conception through to retirement.
