What you will do

• Manage existing licensing deals and relationships across softlines, home, and beauty categories.
• Develop and execute the UK softlines country strategy in partnership with the UK Consumer Products Lead.
• Create and track detailed joint business plans, including forecasts, budgets, and marketing calendars.
• Pitch new category opportunities and negotiate licensing renewals with external partners.
• Collaborate with retail development, product, and marketing teams to drive brand objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews and track financial goals against ambitious sales targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in licensing, marketing, or sales roles.
• Proven experience in softlines or product-based licensing environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience building joint business plans and managing financial forecasts.
• Demonstrated ability in sales negotiation and building impactful business presentations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to navigate internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and based near the Slough office.

• Experience working with toy or entertainment-based IP portfolios.
• Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
