What you will do

• Own the retention offer strategy and roadmap, including development, financial sign-off, and execution.
• Translate strategic priorities into deliverable plans to ensure initiatives land on time and meet business cases.
• Produce and present compelling performance narratives for senior stakeholders up to MD level.
• Lead the ideation, launch, and optimization of new Mobile Retention campaigns.
• Build robust commercial and financial business cases to secure finance and leadership sign-off.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and provide operational briefings to ensure customer needs are reflected.

Requirements

• Analytical and structured thinking to interpret market insights and recommend clear courses of action.
• Advanced Excel skills and numerate ability to model tariffs and complex pricing initiatives.
• Experience condensing complex data into coherent stories with actionable insights for leadership.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and mobilize teams to drive change.
