What you will do
- Build and develop systems for assessment, growth, and talent management within assigned business units.
- Mentor line managers to enhance their team management skills.
- Translate requests from C-level executives and managers into actionable people solutions.
- Launch and manage major HR projects, including performance, talent, succession, and onboarding.
- Optimize key people processes such as offboarding, development, and internal mobility.
- Prepare analytics and recommendations for leadership regarding people, risks, and organizational decisions.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in IT, GameDev, or a fast-growing product environment.
- Experience supporting teams of 200–300+ employees or managing multiple business units.
- Expertise in organizational design, performance reviews, calibrations, and succession planning.
- Ability to analyze data to identify patterns in performance, turnover, and engagement.
- Fluent Russian and spoken English proficiency.
- Must be based in Limassol, Almaty, Belgrade, Yerevan, or Tbilisi for hybrid work.
