Location: On-site in New York, Boston, London, or Stockholm.

What you will do

  • Own rep productivity across the full lifecycle, from initial ramp to ongoing performance.
  • Develop AI-powered coaching agents, competitive drills, and certification flows.
  • Partner with GTM Engineering and RevOps to automate CRM workflows and pipeline hygiene.
  • Create AI role-play libraries based on real discovery and demo call data.
  • Define and track key revenue metrics including time-to-first-deal and ramped attainment.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales on GTM motions for new products and pricing changes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a B2B technology sales organization as a rep, leader, or enablement partner.
  • Proven track record of shipping tools and automation rather than just training programs.
  • Fluency in the full enablement stack including CRM, AI agents, and call recording platforms.
  • Ability to act as a credible peer to Sales, RevOps, and GTM Engineering leadership.
  • English proficiency: C1+ required as it is the company language.
  • Experience scaling companies from $20M to $100M+ ARR is preferred.
