TL;DR

Senior Manager, Partner Enablement (SaaS): Designing and executing the end-to-end partner enablement strategy to transform hirify.global into a partner-first organization with an accent on reseller onboarding and GTM field fluency. Focus on building scalable playbooks, coordinating cross-functional enablement initiatives, and optimizing co-sell motions across technology and marketplace partners.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end reseller onboarding experience and scale programs to enable channel partners to ramp quickly on the platform.
  • Develop and maintain the Reseller Enablement Playbook, providing guidance on selling, positioning, and co-selling hirify.global.
  • Design and embed partner rules of engagement into daily GTM field operations for AEs, CSMs, and Solution Consultants.
  • Build enablement programs for co-selling with technology partners (e.g., Shopify, Databricks, Snowflake) and leveraging marketplace channels (AWS, GCP).
  • Collaborate with GTM Enablement and Product Marketing to create training modules, battlecards, and partner engagement guides.
  • Establish KPIs and track enablement metrics such as adoption and partner-sourced pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Channel Management, specifically focused on partner ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of channel/technology partner operations, including co-sell motions and reseller economics.
  • Proven track record of building enablement programs from the ground up, including certifications and onboarding curricula.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align senior leaders across Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring effectiveness and iterating on programs.
  • Experience with LMS and CMS platforms, with Seismic experience strongly preferred.
