What you will do
- Own the end-to-end reseller onboarding experience and scale programs to enable channel partners to ramp quickly on the platform.
- Develop and maintain the Reseller Enablement Playbook, providing guidance on selling, positioning, and co-selling .
- Design and embed partner rules of engagement into daily GTM field operations for AEs, CSMs, and Solution Consultants.
- Build enablement programs for co-selling with technology partners (e.g., Shopify, Databricks, Snowflake) and leveraging marketplace channels (AWS, GCP).
- Collaborate with GTM Enablement and Product Marketing to create training modules, battlecards, and partner engagement guides.
- Establish KPIs and track enablement metrics such as adoption and partner-sourced pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Channel Management, specifically focused on partner ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of channel/technology partner operations, including co-sell motions and reseller economics.
- Proven track record of building enablement programs from the ground up, including certifications and onboarding curricula.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align senior leaders across Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.
- Data-driven approach to measuring effectiveness and iterating on programs.
- Experience with LMS and CMS platforms, with Seismic experience strongly preferred.
