What you will do
- Tailor core messaging and build localized competitive intelligence profiles for the region.
- Analyze CRM data to identify pipeline bottlenecks and deploy rapid-response training workshops.
- Conduct tactical "lunch and learns", rigorous role-play sessions, and micro-learning modules.
- Coordinate the local execution of onboarding bootcamps to accelerate new hire productivity.
- Provide direct coaching to Account Executives and Deal Strategists to improve pitches and deal velocity.
- Act as the vital feedback loop between market demands and global enablement materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or as an enterprise AE in cloud or infrastructure space.
- Ability to rapidly master complex AI infrastructure concepts such as liquid cooling efficiency and data gravity.
- Strong experience delivering corrective feedback and building psychological safety within sales teams.
- Proactive approach to analyzing CRM data and independently developing solutions to fix pitch weaknesses.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for high-energy training sessions.
