TL;DR

Customer Service Advisor (Energy): Providing end-to-end support for energy customers with an accent on resolving complex billing, meter, and tariff queries. Focus on delivering empathetic, jargon-free service and solving problems efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Central Manchester. Hybrid working is available after training (up to 2 days WFH).

What you will do

  • Simplify complex energy information, including bills, meters, and tariffs for customers.
  • Resolve diverse customer queries, from billing issues to meter problems, from start to finish.

  • Engage in real, script-free conversations to understand and solve customer needs.
  • Provide support to vulnerable customers with patience and care.
  • Contribute to a greener future by advising customers on sustainable energy choices.
