What you will do
- Research and identify high-value employee benefits plans and vendors.
- Design, recommend, and implement new benefits programs while analyzing cost projections.
- Negotiate firmly with vendors to secure competitive plans and rates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for plan administrators and handle escalations.
- Ensure all benefits programs remain compliant with applicable government regulations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the benefits lifecycle.
Requirements
- Must be based in LATAM
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience in Benefits Administration and designing retirement plans.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to negotiate terms and assess business impacts.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to improve research, analysis, and operational workflows.
- Top-notch project management skills with a focus on process iteration and due date adherence.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with benefits administration systems, APIs, or workflow tools.
- Experience working in a -first environment.
