What you will do

  • Research and identify high-value employee benefits plans and vendors.
  • Design, recommend, and implement new benefits programs while analyzing cost projections.
  • Negotiate firmly with vendors to secure competitive plans and rates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for plan administrators and handle escalations.
  • Ensure all benefits programs remain compliant with applicable government regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the benefits lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Must be based in LATAM
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Experience in Benefits Administration and designing retirement plans.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to negotiate terms and assess business impacts.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to improve research, analysis, and operational workflows.
  • Top-notch project management skills with a focus on process iteration and due date adherence.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with benefits administration systems, APIs, or workflow tools.
  • Experience working in a hirify.global-first environment.
