Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $64,980 - $111,900

What you will do

  • Administer U.S. and global benefits, including enrollments, life events, beneficiaries, and claims.
  • Partner on HRIS configuration, integrations, carrier feeds, and process audits.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and global regulations.
  • Perform pay-period and monthly benefit reconciliations and billing audits using Microsoft Excel.
  • Develop communication materials, presentations, and campaigns for annual enrollment and wellbeing.
  • Monitor vendor performance and support M&A activities, including benefits comparisons and transitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years in benefits administration OR 3+ years as an HR Generalist heavily focused on benefits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience managing benefits modules within an HRIS.
  • Strong knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and benefits regulations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Self-Insured Plans.
  • Experience with global benefits or international HR management.
  • Specific experience with Workday and ADP.
  • CEBS and/or PHR certification.
