TL;DR
Account Director (AI): Driving sustained growth and expanding wallet share within a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers with an accent on consultative engagement and AI value realization. Focus on orchestrating cross-functional teams to deepen account penetration, mitigate churn, and guide customers through their AI adoption journey.
Location: Must be based in the US (San Francisco, CA or remote within California).
Compensation: $300,000–$400,000 USD/year (OTE).

What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans to expand usage and increase AI maturity within assigned accounts.
- Partner with internal teams to uncover new GenAI use cases and ensure alignment to customer outcomes.
- Identify high-risk accounts and coordinate internal resources to re-engage customers with refreshed value narratives.
- Orchestrate collaboration across Engagement Directors, Technical Success Managers, and Pre-Sales resources.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer executives to elevate the company's position as a strategic partner.
- Own account-level planning, forecasting, and renewal coordination.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions.
- Must be based in the US with the ability to attend in-person company trainings and meetings.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in global or large enterprise accounts.
- Ability to apply existing customer solutions into repeatable actions within an industry sector.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience leveraging a variety of prospecting tools and techniques.
