TL;DR

Solutions Consultant (Enterprise): Managing functional and technical subject matter expertise across hirify.global’s solutions portfolio with an accent on delivering high-impact product demonstrations and guiding prospects on solution utilization. Focus on driving successful sales outcomes, RFP responses, and creating compelling sales tools for complex enterprise software.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Dubai, UAE

What you will do

  • Deliver consultative product demonstrations tailored to unique business needs.
  • Advise prospects on best-practice utilization of solutions to ensure business alignment.
  • Manage demo environments, including maintaining accurate demo data and application configurations.
  • Develop and refine demonstration scripts, sales tools, and supporting materials.
  • Assist with RFP/RFI responses to ensure competitive positioning and clarity.
  • Support marketing events, webinars, and industry conferences as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a business-related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in software pre-sales, sales, or technical client-facing roles.
  • Proven experience with Cloud ERP systems or property management software.
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Understanding of regional business requirements and market standards.

  • Familiarity with hirify.global-specific software solutions.
  • Background in property management principles.
