Focus on tailoring demos to business needs, managing RFP responses, and aligning functionality to client outcomes.

Location: Hybrid in Dubai, UAE. Must be able to travel up to 50% across the GCC region.

What you will do

• Deliver consultative product demonstrations tailored to specific customer business needs and industry challenges.
• Advise prospects on best-practice utilization of hirify.global solutions to achieve business outcomes.
• Manage and maintain accurate demo environments, including data and sales applications.
• Develop and refine demonstration scripts, sales tools, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate RFP and RFI responses to ensure accuracy and competitive positioning.
• Support marketing events, webinars, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a business-related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a solution consultant or in pre-sales.
• Proven functional experience with Cloud ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to work at the assigned office location in Dubai.

• Familiarity with property management software solutions and principles.
• Prior experience specifically with hirify.global solutions.
• Strong understanding of local business requirements and market standards in the GCC.
