What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for actively trading VIP clients in the CIS region.
• Expand existing customer relationships through sustained communication and tailored support.
• Drive revenue growth from trusted accounts and scale business partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to support product development based on client feedback.
• Execute regional strategies, align with company goals, and monitor competitor activity.
• Participate in regional online and offline marketing activities and business events.

Requirements

• Experience in account management within Cryptocurrency, Finance, or FX sectors.
• Strong client and project management skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Native Russian and fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work in Dubai, UAE.
• Willingness to travel to CIS, MENA, and SEA regions as required.
