What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned customers, managing relationships up to C-level executives.
  • Develop strategic success plans and account roadmaps to ensure customers achieve full business value from the hirify.global suite.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Support teams to align product roadmaps with customer objectives.
  • Monitor customer utilization trends and KPIs to identify risks and proactively recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage the renewal pipeline and mitigate at-risk accounts to ensure timely and successful contract renewals.
  • Lead educational initiatives and guide customers through new product features and releases.

Requirements

  • Practical experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is essential.
  • Background in cybersecurity, compliance, or experience as an Identity Security practitioner.
  • Previous experience in Customer Success or Application Portfolio Management within a SaaS organization.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and on-premise IT landscapes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for on-site customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate crisis situations and triage processes.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French or German.
