What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing high-value deals (5-, 6-, and 7-figure cycles).
  • Identify and convert strategic accounts using multi-threaded strategies to engage compliance, legal, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Drive account expansion through proactive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers, product experts, and customer success teams to increase deal velocity.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and conferences to expand the prospect network.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing B2B SaaS or DaaS deals within RegTech, FinTech, or Crypto.
  • Experience leading complex, long-cycle deals involving multiple executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPPICC methodology and Value Based Selling techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot and AI-driven prospecting tools.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London, UK.

Nice to have

  • Existing network of connections within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) space.
  • Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Understanding and practical use cases of agentic AI.
